Your Mission:

You will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing the company’s sustainability strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate values and business objectives. This position combines strategic vision with the ability to execute impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the company’s global sustainability strategy, aligning with international standards (SDGs, ESG, etc.).
• Coordinate and lead operational projects related to environmental efficiency, waste management, carbon footprint reduction, and circular economy practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business processes.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and propose innovative initiatives to strengthen the company’s commitment to sustainability.
• Monitor and report on key sustainability performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Represent the organization in forums, events, and sustainability-related certifications.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in environmental sciences, engineering, business administration, sustainability, or related fields.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sustainability or related roles, ideally in industrial or pharmaceutical sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of international sustainability regulations and standards.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead teams, and coordinate initiatives across multiple departments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
