Are you looking for a senior and strategical role in HR, for one international company based in Poland?
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the team for one of our clients, based in Warsaw. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR agenda for the Business in Poland, in alignment with business/function leaders and HR Team members. You will provide high-quality HR advice, guidance, and support based on your HR knowledge and understanding of HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and support people managers in various employee lifecycle management activities, including performance and talent calibration processes.
- Manage operational workforce planning, recruitment, development, and restructuring guidance.
- Collaborate with managers on employee management, including addressing performance issues and managing absences.
- Work closely with the Central Services to facilitate job evaluation, pay, and reward discussions.
- Identify learning and development needs, liaise with regional partners to deliver solutions, and lead talent management and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement, support local communication, and organize community events.
- Implement global HR processes within the Business in Poland, ensuring data accuracy, and promoting the use of self-service tools.
- Manage employee relations, collaborate with employee/works councils, and local union representatives.
- Partner with other areas of the HR operating model to ensure a comprehensive and high-quality HR service.
- Ensure compliance of HR actions with internal controls, labor law, and work regulations.
- Participate in internal and external audits and provide HR input for internal compliance processes if needed.
- Collaborate with legal advisors, manage labor relations, and counsel people managers and employees in employee relations procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience in a multinational environment, including HR Business Partnering and employee relations.
- Fluency in English and Polish.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Self-driven with excellent leadership/interpersonal (relationship-building) and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Some travel may be required based on business needs.
