A global leader in the chemical sector, with headquarters in the Netherlands, is looking for a Technical Service Representative to join their team in Barendrecht or the Flemish Region in Belgium.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to customers, ensuring the proper use of products, handling claims, and promoting product performance. You’ll work closely with the sales and R&D teams, playing a key part in translating customer needs into practical solutions.

What you'll do:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients across the region.
• Handle customer complaints, root cause analysis, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Marketing teams to support product development and deployment.
• Support customer training and participate in technical service projects.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical service or lab/product development.
• Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English 
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
