We are looking for a Head of IT Delivery – Supply Chain to take ownership of the Supply Chain domain within the IT Delivery organization of our client, a multinational company global leader in the chemical sector. In this strategic and hands-on role, you will act as the key partner to senior supply chain stakeholders, leading the delivery of a robust project portfolio while evolving the domain toward Agile/DevOps practices.

🚀 Your responsibilities

• Act as the strategic IT partner for Supply Chain leadership, aligning IT capabilities with business priorities.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects and changes in the domain: from planning and resourcing to go-live and hypercare.
• Manage and develop a cross-functional team (engineers, project managers, external consultants) with a focus on agility, efficiency and delivery excellence. 
• Ensure financial management of the domain: budget planning, PO compliance, forecasting, vendor contracts, and cost optimization. 
• Foster a DevOps culture within the team, supporting the shift to agile delivery models and continuous improvement. 
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure strong service performance aligned with KPIs. 
• Drive data quality, process standardization, user training, and post-implementation support across all initiatives.

🎯 Who you are 

• You bring 10+ years of experience in IT and Supply Chain domains, with 5+ years in leadership roles. 
• Proven track record in delivering complex IT projects and transformations in global organizations. 
• SAP knowledge
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern delivery models. 
• Experience in people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. 
• Solid background in financial and vendor management. 
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Other languages are a plus. 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.).
