We’re supporting an internationally recognised industrial company, headquartered near Barcelona, in the search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. They’re a purpose-driven business that believes people make the difference — and this role is key to helping them grow with the right energy, mindset and skills.

🚀 What’s the challenge?

You’ll be part of a mighty People & Culture team, taking ownership of a high volume and strategic recruitment processes per year. From operators on the shop floor to senior management, you’ll be the bridge between business needs and human potential.

You’ll:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across departments (Operations, Engineering, Support Functions…).
• Source and connect with top talent across Spain and beyond.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their teams and challenges.
• Ensure a smooth and human candidate experience at every step.
• Work with ATS tools (Workday is a plus) and help improve processes.

✅ What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally with both operations and middle management roles.
• Experience in fast-paced or industrial settings is highly valued.
• Positive, driven and hands-on attitude. You take initiative and get things done.
• A structured, organised person who loves keeping track of the details.
• Fluent in Spanish and confident in English (B2/C1).
• Workday (valuable, but NOT a must)
