Within this dynamic and technologically advanced environment, the company is seeking to incorporate a Helpdesk Specialist who will play a key role in providing technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring high service standards and operational efficiency.
About the role
As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality remote technical and software support to customers using colour mixing machines and related digital systems.
You will act as a technical point of contact, troubleshooting issues, supporting field technicians, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of systems and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, technology, and customer interaction in a technical environment.
Key responsibilities
Provide remote technical and software support to customers via phone and digital tools.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to colour mixing machines and associated software.
Test software updates and maintain technical databases.
Support and train service technicians and sales teams on technical matters.
Analyse recurring issues and propose improvements to systems and processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Your profile
We are looking for candidates who bring:
MBO/HBO level education in mechatronics, electronics, IT, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical helpdesk, service desk, or similar support role.
Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware and software systems.
Knowledge of networks, databases, and preferably SAP.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus).
A customer-focused mindset with a structured way of working.
